The Bavarian Festival parade is just as well known as the Bavarian Festival itself, drawing thousands of spectators and featuring more than 100 entries. Locals refer to "Parade Sunday" as a local holiday and you can't help but feel German for a day as you watch the marching bands, dance clubs, dignitaries and of course, the Bavarian Princess and her court glide down Main Street.
